Zing a Little Zong is a song by Harry Warren (music) and Leo Robin (lyrics) released in 1952.

Warren and Robin wrote Zing a Little Zong in the style of a funny novelty song for the film Just for You (Original title: Just for You , 1952), directed by Elliott Nugent . The song is introduced in the film by the two main actors Bing Crosby and Jane Wyman dancing with a jazz band . Zing a Little Zong received an Oscar nomination for Best Song in 1953 .

The disc holder of Crosby and Wyman appeared on the Brunswick - 78s 82701 or on Decca 28255, coupled with The Maiden of Guadalupe . Cover versions of the song also recorded Peggy Lee and Rosemary Clooney (both in a duet with Bing Crosby) and Helen O'Connell (Capitol F2137) at this time. In 1999 Joyce Breach reinterpreted the song , accompanied by Randy Reinhart, Scott Robinson and Keith Ingham ( Reel Songs ).
