Zinkensdamm is an underground station on the Stockholm Metro . It is located in the Södermalm district . The station is served by the Röda linjen of the Stockholm metro system . It is one of the less frequented stations on the subway network. On a normal working day, 6,000 commuters get on here.

The station was put into operation on April 5, 1964, when the first section of the Röda linjen between T-Centralen and Fruängen or Örnsberg was inaugurated. The station was built using the cut-and-cover method, the platforms are approx. 19 meters underground. The station is located between the Hornstull and Mariatorget stations . It is around 2.5 km to Stockholm Central Station .
