Zlatan Siric

Zlatan Siric-Bernhard (born March 13, 1942 in Zagreb ) is a German graduate sports teacher , trainer and pedagogue of Croatian origin.

In 1964 Siric came to Germany from Yugoslavia . From 1977 until his retirement he worked as a research assistant at the DOSB trainer academy in Cologne . He is also a certified golf teacher of the Word Golf Teachers Federation (WGTF) and has gained extensive professional experience and success as a trainer in top-class sport.

The interdisciplinary approach in trainer education and the diverse contacts associated with it in various areas of excellence in top German sport were gradually transferred into an overarching teaching concept that Siric-Bernhard is currently realizing in the field of adult education using the example of golf.

Siric lives in Cologne, is married and has two children. In 1979 he received German citizenship. After the marriage of his second wife, he also took the family name of his wife (Bernhard).

  • 1994–2000 children's golf at the GLC Refrath golf club. The children's golf program was created here in cooperation with DGV.

  • 2005 handball trainer of SG Ollheim / Straßfeld
  • 2014 until today: Golf instructor at GolfCity Cologne-Pulheim
