Zoltán Kovács (born January 2, 1964 in Budapest ) is a former Hungarian sports shooter .
successes
Zoltán Kovács was runner-up in the team competition with the rapid-fire pistol in Suhl in 1986 and in Moscow in 1990 . In between he took part in the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul , where he qualified for the final with 594 points. In this he scored 99 more points, so that he was third with a total of 693 points behind Afanasijs Kuzmins and Ralf Schumann and thus won the bronze medal.
