The residential building Zoppenbroich 65-67 , also called Villa Bresges, is in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built in 1910 and entered into the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach under No. Z 002 on February 5, 1990 .

location

The property at Zoppenbroich 65, the so-called Villa Bresges, is located on a large, park-like property northeast of the former provincial road from Rheydt to Giesenkirchen .

A horse stable with twelve boxes was built north of the villa in 1928. The 12.00 m × 24.00 m large building is a single-storey building, which is characterized by the low, tiled, half-hip roof .
