The Zum Berzberg 9 building is located in the Berzbuir district of Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The former courtyard was built in the 17th and 18th centuries. Century built. A workshop was added in the 19th century.

The small courtyard includes the stable, a barn and a workshop. The house with a quarry stone gable wall was built in the 17th century. On the courtyard side, visible frameworks can be seen, on the street side the house is slated. There is a gable roof on the house . The barn has bricked-up compartments and a rubble gable wall .

The building is entered under No. 3/016 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
