Two-river stone

The Zweiflüssestein is a memorial stone in the center of the village of Fischern , a district of the market town of Schirnding in the district of Wunsiedel in the Fichtel Mountains (northeast Bavaria). Here the Röslau (river) flows into the Eger . The memorial stone commemorates the opening of the Röslauweg on June 8, 1980, which was laid out by the Fichtelgebirgsverein .

Design of the memorial stone

The approximately 2.50 high granite boulder bears the inscriptions of the Eger and Röslau rivers , names the places on the rivers, the association emblem of the Fichtelgebirgsverein Siebenstern and the inauguration date.
