L'Auto Craft Montadora de Veículos Ltda. was a Brazilian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company from Barra do Piraí took over the production of L'Automobile Distribuidora de Veículos in 1983 . The brand name was L'Auto Craft . In 1986 two models were adopted by Fibrario . Production ended in 1997. In total, more than 100 vehicles were built.

vehicles

The Ventura model has been adopted and revised. This was a coupe . The water-cooled four - cylinder engine came from the VW Passat and was mounted in the rear. A version as a convertible remained a prototype .

From 1986 the previous Fibrario models Dimo were also available as a replica of the Ferrari Dino and a VW buggy . There were also replicas of the Ford Model A and a Bugatti in the range.

The Saber followed in 1990 . A body made of fiberglass was mounted on a tubular frame . It was a two-door coupe. An engine from the Chevrolet Opala with a displacement of 4100 cc propelled the vehicles. From this model 108 vehicles were built by 1997.
