Company history
Gary Martin Schoultz (born 1967) founded Panic Cars Limited in Coventry as a car repair shop on November 26, 2003 . Joanna Schoultz (born 1968) also worked for the company. On January 14, 2004 the company name changed to Panic Motor Sport Limited . They started producing automobiles and kits in 2004 . The brand name was Panic . On March 2, 2005, the company moved to Dartford , Kent . Production ended in 2006. On September 26, 2006 the company was dissolved. A total of around two vehicles were built.
John Schoultz (born 1939) ran a company of the same name from June 19, 2012 to June 10, 2014 in Longfield , Kent. The connection is unclear.

The only model was the Panic GT . This was a street legal open racing car designed by Howard Drake. The vehicles were powered by a Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycle engine .
