The 1999/00 Ski Jumping Continental Cup began on June 25, 1999 in Velenje, Slovenia and ended on March 26, 2000 in Kuusamo, Finland . The competition series served as the foundation for the 1999/2000 Ski Jumping World Cup .

53 individual competitions were to take place at 32 competition locations in Europe , Asia and North America , but two competitions had to be canceled. The overall ranking was won by the German Dirk Else , who had four wins and a total of 33 Continental Cup points. A total of 290 athletes were classified. The Austrian Wolfgang Loitzl won the Black Forest tour integrated into the Continental Cup .
