Tom Troupe (b. July 15. 1928, North Kansas City) born Thomas Troupe. American actor and writer. Born in Missouri, and studied with Uta Hagen at Herbert Berghof Studios in Manhattan during the early 1950s. Made his Broadway debut as Peter in The Diary of Anne Frank in 1957 starring Joseph Schildkraut. His wife Carole Cook, american actress, in 1964 was to be made.
Primarily a stage performer, Tom appeared in tandem with wife Carole Cook in many plays over the years including The Lion in Winter and Patio. He and Carole were jointly honored with the 2002 L.A. Ovation Award for Career Achievements. His two premier film The Devil's Brigade (1968), and Kelly's Heroes (1970).
