Some believe an unprofessional relationship with Shaquille O'Neal caused the controversial suspension of Jerry Stackhouse for a critical game four of the 2006 NBA finals, enabling the Miami Heat to win the NBA championship.

Some also believe the unprofessional relationship with Shaquille O'Neal is the reason O'Neal's nemesis, Kobe Bryant is being persecuted by Stu Jackson and the NBA.

Most feel Stu Jackson was ignorant of a player being blocked from the front compared to a player being blocked from the back. Being blocked from the front the momentum is to the player and the shooter maintains balance. When a player is blocked cleanly from the back, it's a pulling motion and a player who jumps 40" in the air will lose his balance causing both arms to fling backwards to regain their balance.
