The Scottish Executive Justice Department is the civil service department of the Scottish Executive with responsibility for criminal justice, police and fire services in Scotland.

The Department is headed by Robert Gordon. The Cabinet Secretary for Justice is Kenny MacAskill, and his deputy (Minister for Community Safety) is Fergus Ewing.
