Schichau-Werft was a German engineering and shipbuilding company founded by Ferdinand Schichau.

It opened in Elbing in 1837, manufacturing heavy equipment and locomotives. A shipyard Danzig was opened in 1890, becoming the Gdańsk Shipyard after 1945, and a smaller yard in Königsberg and another in Elbing.

After 1945 the company restarted business in Bremerhaven in West Germany, merging with the Unterweserweft shipyard in 1972 and with Seebeckwerft in 1988. The concern was then bought by Bremer Vulkan and closed in 1996.
