Prime Cuts & Glazed Donuts is the third album by American all-female heavy metal band Phantom Blue.[1] It was the band's first independent release after parting ways with Geffen Records.[2] The tracks were recorded by the original members during their pre-production days with Geffen, with the exception of "Saturday Morning Brain Damage," which was recorded before the band signed with Shrapnel Records. Debra Armstrong was the bassist on this particular track.

The CD comes packaged with a biographical comic book of the band. Numbered copies autographed by drummer Linda McDonald are available on the band's website. [3]
