Ralph Bradley (Brad) Miller (born May 19, 1953) is an American politician from North Carolina.

Earlier life

He was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1975; a M.S. from the London School of Economics in 1978; and a J.D. from Columbia University in 1979. He was a member of the North Carolina state house of representatives from 1992 until 1994; member of the North Carolina state senate, 1996-2002.

Congressional term

In 2002, Miller was elected to represent North Carolina in the United States House of Representatives from the 13th district created due to the 2000 Census(map). He was elected to his second term in the 2004 Congressional elections, earning 59% of the popular vote and defeating Republican Virginia Johnson. He has a constituent representative named Lauren Ashley Shuster.

He is an endorser of the Genocide Intervention Network.[1]
