Cherokee Parks

Cherokee Bryan Parks (born October 11 1972 in Huntington Beach, California) is a professional basketball player who was selected by the Dallas Mavericks in the 1st round (12th pick) of the 1995 NBA Draft. He played his college ball at Duke University under coach Mike Krzyzewski. Parks has also played for the Minnesota Timberwolves, Vancouver Grizzlies, Los Angeles Clippers, San Antonio Spurs, and Golden State Warriors. Parks stands 6'11" and weighs 240 lbs. He was noted for his multitude of tattoos, which covered most of his body, and his laid-back nature. He won the 1992 national title during his freshman year at Duke. Cherokee is the brother of former Nashville Pussy bandmember Corey Parks.
