Elspeth Attwooll (born 1 February 1943) is a British Liberal Democrat politician. She is a member of the European Parliament for the Scotland region.

She has stood as a parliamentary candidate for Glasgow Maryhill in every general election from 1974 to 1997. She was first elected to the European Parliament in 1999, and retained her seat in 2004.
