Hubert Ira Davis, Jr. (born May 17 1970 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina) is a former professional basketball player in the NBA.

After attending the University of North Carolina, he was selected with the 20th overall pick in the 1992 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks. He remained with them for four years until he was traded to the Toronto Raptors prior to the 1996-97 season. He also spent time with the Dallas Mavericks, Washington Wizards, Detroit Pistons and New Jersey Nets. His final NBA game was in 2004.

He holds career averages of 8.2 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.
