(15510) Phoeberounds is a major belt asteroid .

It was discovered by LINEAR in Socorro on October 4th, 1999 .

The asteroid is named after Phoebe Robeson Rounds (* 1985), a finalist in the 2003 Intel Science Talent Search , a research competition for senior high school students.
