Ânderson Lima Veiga , called Ânderson Lima (born March 18, 1973 in São Paulo ) is a Brazilian football player .

Career

The 1.76 meter tall defender began his career in 1992 with Guarani FC , where he was under contract from 1992 to 1995. After four years at the club, he moved to FC Santos , where he was active from 1996 to 1999. In 1999 he was under contract with league rivals FC São Paulo . In 2000 he moved to the club Gremio Porto Alegre , where Ânderson Lima played until 2003. From 2004 to 2007 he was active with AD São Caetano , in 2005 he had a short loan period with the Japanese club Albirex Niigata . In 2006 he returned to São Caetano. In 2007 he moved to Coritiba FC , where he was only under contract for one season. In 2008 he was active for three clubs, namely for Ituano FC , Operário Futebol Clube (MS) and CA Bragantino . He also played for Bragantino in 2009 until he got to Chapecoense . For his last professional position, he moved again abroad for the 2009/10 season to the Portuguese club CF Estrela Amadora .
