Älipbek Össerbajew

Älipbek Schäripbekuly Össerbajew ( Kazakh Әліпбек Шәріпбекұлы Өсербаев , Russian Алипбек Шарипбекович Усербаев Alipbek Scharipbekowitsch Usserbajew * 20th August 1961 ; † 17th April 2020 ) was a Kazakh politician .

Life

Älipbek Össerbajew was born in 1961 in what is now the Otyrar district in the Turkistan region. He has a degree in chemical engineering .

He began his professional career in a factory producing asbestos products in Karaganda . Here he worked from 1983 to 1986. Subsequently, Össerbajew was employed by various companies in the construction industry in Turkistan. Between 2005 and 2006 he worked for the Turkistan City Council before becoming head of the city's construction department. He then held the post of Deputy Mayor of Kentau from February 2009 and then from August 2009 that of the Deputy Mayor of Turkistan. On April 25, 2012, he was appointed mayor of the city. After just over a year, he was replaced in this post and instead head of the Department of Economics and Industrial-Innovative Development of the South Kazakhstan Region . In September 2014 he was again mayor of Turkistan. His second term at the top of the city lasted until December 20, 2017. After that, he became the first deputy Äkim (governor) of southern Kazakhstan. After the city of Turkistan became the administrative center of the Turkistan Region, Osserbayev was appointed mayor of the city for the third time. This term of office also lasted only about a year, as he was replaced by Raschid Ajupov in July 2019 . Since July 12, 2019 he was Äkim of the Ordabassy district .
