Villa Äussere Rosenheimer Strasse 21 in Traunstein

The building at Äußere Rosenheimer Straße 21 in Traunstein , the district town of the Upper Bavarian district of Traunstein , was built in 1923/24. The villa is a protected architectural monument .

history

The representative building was built by the architect Carl Jäger (1868–1961) from Munich. The builder was the timber merchant Simon Aicher. The garden laid out in neo-baroque shapes was also included in the overall concept of the villa .

The new owner subdivided the property for redevelopment and had the villa rebuilt in 2003/04. Today there are offices and six apartments in the former villa.

architecture

The baroque hipped roof building with sloping corner risers and dormers on the street side has a column portal. A rotunda is built on the garden side . The representative staircase was removed during the renovation.
