The Île Juliette ( French ) is a small island in the southwestern foothills of the Géologie archipelago off the coast of the East Antarctic Adélieland . It is in the immediate vicinity of the Île Roméo .

French scholars named her in 1977 after the main female character in the tragedy Romeo and Juliet by the English playwright William Shakespeare .
