The NÖLB 202 was a steam locomotive series of the Niederösterreichische Landesbahnen (NÖLB).

These machines are tank locomotives for use on branch lines. The NÖLB procured three of them as series 202 for the local railway Retz – Drosendorf, which opened in 1909 . As a superheated steam locomotive, it was intended to be an improvement over the predecessor series 102 ( kkStB 199 ), but the expectations of the NÖLB were not fully met, and further 102 series were subsequently purchased.

The three locomotives were designated as 399.01–03 after they were taken over by the BBÖ, and 98.1401–1403 by the Deutsche Reichsbahn.

Only two machines came to the ÖBB in 1953 (now designated as 191.02–03 ); both locomotives were retired on July 8, 1960.
