Eastern Ujimqin banner
The Eastern Ujimqin banner ( Chinese 东 乌珠穆沁 旗 , Pinyin Dōngwūzhūmùqìn Qí , short: 东 乌 旗 , Dōngwū Qí ; Mongolian ᠵᠡᠭᠦᠨ ᠤᠵᠤᠮᠤᠴᠢᠨ ᠬᠣᠰᠢᠭᠤ Jegün Ujumučin qosiɣu ) is a banner of the Xilin Gol Federation , an administrative subdivision at the district level in the center of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region ofthe People's Republic of China . It has an area of 47,554 km² and has around 70,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large community of Ulyastai (乌里雅斯 太 镇).
