Østlandet (Bokmål) or Austlandet (Nynorsk), in German literally "the east country", is one of five parts of Norway .

Since 2020 it has included the provinces of Viken , Oslo , Innlandet and Vestfold og Telemark .

With 2,725,440 inhabitants (as of 2020), more than half of Norway's population, Østlandet is the most populous part of the country. Østlandet has an area of ​​94,596 km² and is therefore the second largest part of the country after Northern Norway .
