Żółtnica

Żółtnica ( German  Soltnitz ) is a village in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland . The village belongs to the Gmina Szczecinek (rural community Neustettin) in the Powiat Szczecinecki (Neustettiner Kreis) .

Geographical location

The village is located in Western Pomerania , about 150 km east of Stettin and about 8 km southeast of the city center of Neustettin .

The railway line Chojnice – Runowo Pomorskie (Konitz – Ruhnow) , at which there is a railway station, runs about 2 ½ km north of the village .

history

Until 1945, Soltnitz was a rural community in the Neustettin district in the Prussian province of Pomerania . In addition to Soltnitz, there were also the residential areas Achimshöh , Soltnitz train station , Beyersmühle , Buchholz, Haßland , Marienhof, Neuhof, Soltnitz C , Soltnitzer Forsthaus , Soltnitzermühle , Soltnitzschäferei , forest workers' farmstead dismantling Soltnitz and Zedlitzhof .
