Tet

Tet , actually Teth ( טית) is the ninth letter in the Hebrew alphabet . It has the numerical value  9. The teth is an explosive sound that is not accurately reproduced with the German T because it corresponds to a dull and non-aspirated T sound.

The academic transliteration of Teth is “ṭ” (“t” with period below).
