history

1. Berliner SV was founded in 1988. In 1999 he was promoted to the 1st Bundesliga . In 2000 he moved into the final of the German team cup, where he lost to SC Breakers Rüsselsheim . In the 2000/01 season he reached fifth place in the Bundesliga, tied with defending champion Rüsselsheim. A year later , he rose to seventh place with ten points behind the sixth placed SC Hamburg in the 2nd Bundesliga . In the 2002/03 season , the BSV managed the direct resurgence as champions of the northern season of the second division. In 2003 he lost the final of the German Cup against the Barmer Billardfreunde . After the club only narrowly escaped relegation in 2004 in the Bundesliga as sixth place, two points ahead of relegated Munich , it reached third place in the 2004/05 season , two points behind the German champions PSC Kaufbeuren . In the following season , the Berlin team secured the German championship title on the twelfth matchday with a 6-3 home win against SCSC Kiel .

In the 2006/07 season the BSV was fourth, in 2008 he was six points behind the Barmer Billardfreunde runner-up. In the 2008/09 season , the club was relegated to the second division after falling from sixth to seventh place on the last day of the game due to a narrow away defeat against Barmen. In the following season , the BSV was with only one season defeat and seven points before the 1st DSC Hannover second division champion and thus managed the direct promotion. In the 2010/11 season he rose again in eighth place. Subsequently, the Berliner SV withdrew its Bundesliga team and entered the Berlin Oberliga, in which it was runner-up in 2012 and 2014. After the 2014/15 season, in which he was third in the league, the BSV announced his team from the game.

Second team

The second team of the Berliner SV played in the 2007/08 and 2008/09 seasons in the 2nd Bundesliga and reached sixth and fifth place respectively. Since the first team was relegated from the 1st Bundesliga in 2009, the second team was relegated to the top division. After the 2010/11 season, the second team was canceled.
