12 rounds (band)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

12 Rounds is a British rock band .

history

The band was formed in the second half of the 1990s by Atticus Ross , Claudia Sarne and Adam Holden. It came about when the three of them were working on the Bomb the Bass Release Clear . After the first album failed, Adam Holden left the band and Polydor broke up with them. They released their second album on the Trent Reznor label ( Nothing Records ). With this they completed their first US tour as support for VAST and later as an opener for Marilyn Manson .

After the tour, the band went back to the UK to record their third album. They were produced by Ben Hillier and Kirk Hellie played guitar . After the recording, they went to Los Angeles to record their next album with Trent Reznor and drummer Jerome Dillon . But because there was now a mess at Nothing Records and some legal changes in Great Britain, it seemed unclear whether their album could ever have been released. In the meantime, however, some parts are gradually being made available on the Internet.
