Aşağıborandere (formerly Şeşen Jambotey ) is a village in the Pınarbaşı district of the Kayseri province of Turkey . Aşağıborandere is located about 106 km east of the provincial capital Kayseri and 17 km northeast of Pınarbaşı. Aşağıborandere had 93 inhabitants according to the last census (as of December 2010). The population consists mainly of Circassians and Chechens .
