ADA actions of the avant-garde

ADA actions of the avant-garde was an event that took place for the first time from September 9 to October 3, 1973 in Berlin .

Organized by the Neuer Berliner Kunstverein (NBK) in cooperation with the DAAD and the Berliner Festspiele , actions , happenings and exhibitions took place. The curator of the Neuer Berliner Kunstverein Jörn Merkert as well as Ursula Prinz, Wolf Kahlen and Wolf Vostell were mainly responsible for the conception of the event. The participating artists were Robert Filliou , Taka Iimura, Allan Kaprow , Mario Merz , Wolf Kahlen and Wolf Vostell.

ADA 2 took place from September 26 to September 30, 1974 with the participation of Amelith, Daniel Buren , Rafael Canogar , Jochen Gerz , Ekkat Kaemmerling, Edward Kienholz , Jannis Kounellis , Wolf Kahlen and Wolf Vostell.
