ADITO is customer relationship management software, or CRM for short, that brings together information from various areas of a company (sales, marketing, service, purchasing) centrally. The manufacturer ADITO Software GmbH describes its software as a platform with which companies can map not only customer relationships but also relationships with any other reference groups such as suppliers, authorities, partners or competitors. According to the manufacturer, the software can be used regardless of platform and industry.

history

ADITO Software GmbH was founded in 1988 by Heinz Boesl and is headquartered in Geisenhausen, Bavaria . There are branches in Stuttgart, Leer, Cottbus, Hennef and Frankfurt am Main. Predecessors of the current version of ADITO were ADITO I (1988), ADITO II (1994) as well as the solutions for Computer Aided Selling and the CRM solutions ADITO performance (2000). This was followed by ADITO online (2004) for mobile CRM, one of the first customer relationship software in Java. With ADITO4 & ADITO4mobile (2011) the company offers a platform-based solution for organizing business processes. The current version is ADITO 5 (2017). The release of ADITO 2019 is planned for 2019. By separating the application core and customizing , the solution can be flexibly expanded.

Functionalities

With the CRM software ADITO, companies organize processes in sales, marketing, service and purchasing. In addition to customer relationships , any number of reference groups such as suppliers, employees, members and partners are included. The software is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 and with the BITMi quality seals "Software made in Germany" and "Software hosted in Germany" from the Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand e. V. and the CRM Excellence Award of the Society for Testing Software (GPS).

Modules and industry solutions

ADITO is rental software and is aimed at companies with at least five users. There is a choice of basic and various industry modules, each of which is based on the ADITO platform. The software manufacturer used to differentiate between three different editions, depending on the number of users: The Community Edition for 1 to 5 users, the Small Business Edition for up to 25 users and the Enterprise Edition for more than 25 users.

ADITO offers specially adapted industry solutions for the construction and construction supply industry , plant and mechanical engineering , corporations and associations , financial service providers , software manufacturers and the life science sector .

Customizing

ADITO collects data, information and processes of a company on a platform and makes them available to the user. The software has a modular structure and can be flexibly adapted.

The ADITO data model is open and can be expanded with the ADITO Designer Rapid Application Development platform (generic system). The software remains release-capable despite customizing . This is made possible by the multilayer software architecture that separates the application core from the platform.

With in-depth knowledge of JavaScript , script languages and object-oriented programming, the ADITO Designer can also be used by customers themselves as a development tool and the platform can be redesigned. The configuration tools can be used to adjust basic settings and interfaces.

Integration and interfaces

ADITO connects third-party systems via plug-in interfaces (web services) in order to avoid media disruptions and information gaps . Third-party systems such as ERP , BI , DMS , CTI and groupware applications can be integrated. With the help of the JavaScript- based customization language JDito, workflows as well as import and export of data can be created.

ADITO is based on the Java programming language and is platform-independent . Suitable operating systems are Windows , MacOS , iOS , Android , Linux and Solaris . ADITO can be used as an in-house or cloud solution. The solution is provided as software on demand via a secure internet connection and hosted in a certified high-security data center in Germany. With the mobile version of the CRM platform and the ADITO mobile app , users can also use the software with notebooks, tablets, smartphones and hybrids. The software is Unicode compatible and therefore available in every language.

According to the manufacturer, over 800 companies from various sectors such as construction, industry, service or public organizations use the CRM platform ADITO. In addition to well-known companies such as Ravensburger Spieleverlag , bott GmbH & Co.KG, the quick-mix group or Hama , customers also include large organizations such as the WWK insurance group , IG Metall , statutory health insurance associations and the Federal Employment Agency .
