ALV Kronspur

The amateur cross-country skiing club Kronspur , an Italian cross-country skiing club from Bruneck ( Reischach ), South Tyrol , founded in 1985 , is one of the most important cross-country skiing clubs in South Tyrol. In the annual national youth ranking, the club always comes first.

The aim of the association is the sporting promotion of children and young people as well as regular participation in zonal and national races. The young athletes are trained by experienced trainers (e.g. Othmar Pider, former cross-country skier of the “Fiamme Oro” police sports group, with top positions at national and international level).

Every year several athletes from the club are appointed to the South Tyrolean cross-country team. Dietmar Nöckler made the leap into the Italian junior national team in 2007 .

Roland Clara , since 2004 a member of the senior national team, winners of the European Cup standings 2004/05, also qualified for the Winter Olympics in Turin 2006 .
