Aapparsuaq (according to the old spelling Aíparssuaĸ , German  big spouse or the big second ) is an uninhabited island in the district of Upernavik in Avannaata Kommunia , Greenland with a height of 107 m.

The island belongs to the Upernavik Archipelago and is located in Tasiusaq Bay .

Aapparsuaq is located six kilometers southwest of Puugutaa , eight kilometers southeast of Sisuarissut , eight kilometers northeast of Natsisaat and ten kilometers east of Taartoq , and nine kilometers north of the next settlement Aappilattoq .
