Aarne Tammisto

Aarne "Aki" Tammisto (born March 1, 1915 in Leppävirta , † March 23, 1978 in Turku ) was a Finnish sprinter .

At the Olympic Games in Berlin in 1936, he reached the quarter-finals over 200 m and was eliminated in the 4-by-100-meter relay in the run-up.

In 1938 he was fifth over 400 m at the European Athletics Championships in Paris .
