ʿAbd al-Kabīr ibn al-ʿArabī al-ʿAlawī al-Madgharī ( Arabic عبد الكبير بن العربي بن هاشم العلوي المدغري, DMG ʿAbd al-Kabīr ibn al-ʿArabī al-ʿAlawī al-Madġarī , also Abdelkébir Alaoui M'Daghri ; born in Meknes in 1942 ; died August 19, 2017 in Rabat ) was a Moroccan lawyer , lawyer , politician, and Islamic scholar.
