Abdoul Wahab Sawadogo (born January 2, 1974 in Boussé , Upper Volta , today Burkina Faso ) is a racing cyclist from the West African state of Burkina Faso.

Career

Abdoul Wahab Sawadogo won the Tour du Faso in his home country in 2004 . In the overall ranking of the UCI Africa Tour 2006 he finished third, behind his compatriot, the winner Jérémie Ouédraogo . This gave Burkina Faso three starting places for the road cycling world championship in Salzburg . In the road race, however, the three drivers had to give up after a few laps because they couldn't keep up with the high speed.

Sawadogo first drove for the Espérance Club Ouagadougou, then for the Fadoul Club in Abidjan (Ivory Coast), later moved to AS Kavel Koumassi for three years and in February 2004 to the AS ONATEL Ouagadougou club.
