Rabaki Jérémie Ouédraogo (born January 1, 1973 in Kokologho , Upper Volta , today Burkina Faso ) is a former cyclist from the West African state of Burkina Faso.

Ouédraogo was fourth overall in the Tour du Faso in 2004 . The following year he won the national road racing championship. In November he was at the top of the overall ranking of the Tour du Faso, the tour through his home country. He was also the fastest there on two sections of the day. The next season he won the Boucle du Coton and was again Burkinabe champion. Due to his success he won the overall ranking of the UCI Africa Tour 2006 and his country was allowed to start with three riders in the road cycling world championships in Salzburg , where he took a starting place. Like his two teammates, he had to give up the race early due to the high speed.

His career began in 1996 with a race in Boussé , then he came to the cycling club in Somgandé , a district of Ouagadougou, later to the clubs AS-SIFA Ouagadougou, ASFA-Yennenga Ouagadougou and finally the Racing Club Kadiogo. There, the poor level of his teammates made effective training difficult for him, since 2001 he was finally able to train in France.
