Abdul Rahman al-Helaissi

Abdul Rahman al-Helaissi Arabic عبد الرحمن صالح الحليسي, DMG ʿAbdu r-Raḥmān Ṣāliḥ al-Ḥilaisī ; (1966), (born July 24, 1922 in Buraida, Qasim Province ) is a former Saudi Arabian diplomat .

Al-Helaissi is married and has two daughters and two sons. From 1947 to 1954 he was second class secretary of the embassy and at times business porter in London . In 1954 he was State Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture. He was ambassador to Khartoum in Sudan and in 1961 in Rome , Italy to the Food and Agriculture Organization . From September 1961 to 1964 he was ambassador to Vienna . From July 13, 1966 to 1976, he was Ambassador to the Court of St James’s . He published the book The Rehabilitation of the Beouin .
