Abigail Guthrie (born June 22, 1990 ) is a former New Zealand tennis player .

Career

Guthrie mainly plays on the second rate ITF Women's Circuit , where she has won two double titles so far. She achieved her best world ranking in doubles with 220th place in August 2014, but in singles she has not yet placed in the top 1,000. On the WTA Tour she only entered the main field at the domestic ASB Classic 2013 and 2014 with the help of wild cards .

In addition, she played for the first time in the tournament of the Asia / Oceania Zone Group II for the New Zealand Fed Cup team . They won nine of their ten games, but lost the decisive double to win the group against India .

She played her last professional tournament at the end of April 2014 and has not been in the world rankings since 2015.
