Above the law

Above the Law is a hip-hop band formed in Pomona , California by Cold 187um (Gregory Hutchinson), KMG the Illustrator (Kevin Dulley), K-Oss (Anthony Stewart) and Go Mack (Arthur Goodman) in late 1987 Founded. She is considered to be the co-founder of G-Funk . In 1990 their first album Livin 'Like Hustlers was released on Ruthless Records , the label of Eazy-E . The album was edited by Cold 187um, Dr. Dre and Laylaw produced and considered hip-hop classics. The band made their breakthrough with the single Murder Rap .

Go Mack left the group shortly after the LP Uncle Sam's Curse was released . After Eazy-Es's death, Above the Law left Ruthless Records and signed a recording deal with Tommy Boy Records , where they released the album Time Will Reveal in 1996 . After the follow-up album Legends , they founded their own label West World Records. KMG passed away on July 7, 2012 under unexplained circumstances.
