Abraham van Aardenberg

Abraham van Aardenberg (* 1672 in Amsterdam , † 1717 in Amsterdam) was a Dutch woodwind instrument maker . He is attributed to the Amsterdam School of Instrument Makers.

Life

Abraham van Aardenberg lived in Amsterdam. He was a student of the woodwind instrument maker Richard Haka . On November 5, 1697, he married Louisa van Wesseling. He then moved from Herrengracht to Nieuwe Spiegelstraat and started his own business in 1698. Until his death in 1717 he made transverse flutes, recorders, oboes and bassoons.
