The Accolade Holding, as ( Accolade Group ) is a Czech investment company , which operates in six EU countries. The company owns a network of 26 industrial parks in the Czech Republic , Poland , Germany and Slovakia . The real estate portfolio reached a total area of ​​1.3 million square meters and a value of almost 1.134 billion euros in 2019.

History of the company

The Accolade Group was founded in 2011 by its owners Milan Kratina and Zdeněk Šoustal. In 2014 the company expanded to Poland . Most of the Polish parks are located on former industrial wastelands, which have thus been brought back to life and created jobs with added value.

Since its inception, the Accolade Group has built up an extensive portfolio of commercial buildings throughout the Czech Republic and Poland. Since the beginning of 2018, it has also been investing in industrial projects in Germany , and since 2019 in Slovakia .

In 2014, the industrial real estate fund Accolade Fund Sicav was founded, in which qualified investors invest. Since 2017, the Accolade Group has also owned the operator of the second busiest airport in the Czech Republic, Brno-Tuřany Airport . The company also announced the preparation of a polygon for the development and certification of vehicles with autonomous control, which will be located near the West Bohemian town of Stříbro .
