The building at Adalbertstraße 96 in the Maxvorstadt district of the Bavarian capital Munich is a protected architectural monument .

description

The four-storey mansard hipped roof building with a semicircular bay porch was built in 1910/11 according to plans by the architect Max Neumann for the sculptor Moritz Ungar , as was the rental house at Adalbertstrasse 100 . Its narrow side is on Adalbertstrasse . The mezzanine , the second and third floors are divided by monumental pilaster strips . The third floor is raised by an entablature . The mansard roof has dormers and roof houses, and additional extensions were made in 1977 and 1985. Parts of the enclosure are original.

When it comes to facade design, one speaks of a classifying Art Nouveau .
