Adam Star Farrar (born October 4, 1971 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American , active in his childhood film actor .
Life
Adam Farrar, the son of Michael Anthony and Peggy Ann Farrar, grew up in a household where both parents were Sikhism and worshiped Yogi Bhajan as a spiritual leader. Adam Farrar was brought up very religiously. Adam Farrar's paternal grandfather was the actor Stanley Farrar (1910–1974).
Shortly after he was born, his parents moved with him to Northern California, where his father ran a farm. When he was four, Farrar's parents divorced in 1975; he stayed with his mother. She joined a theater group and met George DiCaprio and his one-year-old son Leonardo . After George divorced Irmelin DiCaprio, he and Peggy moved in together. Adam Farrar, who was four years older than him, became Leonardo DiCaprio's step-brother.
Adam Farrar made his film debut as an actor in the short-lived western series 240-Robert in 1979, at the age of eight . Just a year later, in 1980, he was a guest star on the television series Battle Star Galactica . Farrar's best-known feature film was the science fiction classic No Mord Off the Rack, directed by Michael Crichton . This was Farrar's last appearance in front of the camera for the time being. It wasn't until 18 years later, in 1999, that he got another opportunity to work as an actor in Pups - No Child's Game , directed by Ash Baron-Cohen .
In contrast to his younger, much better known stepbrother Leonardo DiCaprio, Adam Farrar could not convince as an actor. As a young adult he quickly got on the wrong track. In 1998 he was arrested in Los Angeles for beating up a photographer who was trying to take a picture of Leonardo. In March 2000, he was arrested for attempting to murder his then girlfriend; however, the proceedings later dropped. Adam Farrar also had a drug problem. In January 2016, Farrar and his girlfriend Charity were arrested in Collin County , Texas for stealing goods worth $ 700. Both should have appeared in court on February 18, 2016; but the couple escaped their responsibility by fleeing.
Adam Farrar has a daughter.
