Adam Frost

Adam Nicholas Frost (born February 23, 1978 in Vancouver ) is a Canadian actor.

Adam Frost was born and raised in Vancouver. He discovered his acting skills when he was around 13 years old when he was reenacting an experience for a friend.

Frost moved to Montreal a while later , where he started real acting. In 2001 he played one of the lead roles (Ted Ogilvy) in the short-lived television series American High. .

In May 2007, frost in comedy play was The Hot L Baltimore by Lanford Wilson at Pierson Playhouse in Pacific Palisades to see.
