Adam Günderoth

Adam Günderoth (born September 12, 1893 in Lampertheim ; † March 24, 1964 ) was a German politician ( center , CDU ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

Adam Günderoth did an apprenticeship as a mechanical engineer after attending elementary school and trade school. With the seizure of power of the Nazis he was temporarily arrested 1,933th From 1935 he was foreman in Mannheim . From 1919 to 1933 he was the first local group chairman in the Christian Metalworkers' Association . From 1929 to 1933 he was a councilor for the center in Lampertheim.

After 1945 he was again active in the trade union movement. From 1945 to April 1, 1946, he worked as a works council member. From April 1, 1946 to June 13, 1960 he was mayor of Lampertheim.

From August 30, 1946 (as a replacement for Julius Gilmer ) to November 30, 1946 he was a member of the state assembly of Greater Hesse , from December 1, 1946 to November 30, 1950, a member of the Hessian state parliament.

The Adam Günderoth Stadium in Lampertheim is named after him.
