Adam Stewart (born February 21, 1987 in Dunedin ) is a former New Zealand track cyclist .

In 2004 Adam Stewart finished two second places, in the sprint and in the team sprint , at the Oceania Track Championships . The following year, he took first place in the team sprint with Matthew Fox and John Rastrick at the Games . In 2007 he was New Zealand champion in team sprint with Pete Murray and Fox. At the 2010 UCI Track World Championships in Copenhagen , the New Zealand trio with Stewart, Edward Dawkins and Sam Webster finished 5th.

In September 2010, Adam Stewart admitted buying banned substances between March 2009 and May 2010. A packet addressed to him in which u. a. EPO was discovered by New Zealand Customs. Stewart was banned for two years until September 2012.
